(1) Collection of Personal Information
The term “Personal Information” as used in this Privacy Policy shall refer to names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, gender, e-mail addresses, etc. provided by its customers via the websites operated and managed by the Company, by which an individual customer could be identified.

The Company shall clearly inform customers of the intended use of personal information when receiving such information from them.

6. To provide promotional information, advertisements, etc. through direct mails or e-mails from the photo studios to which customers have requested photo services.
7. To deliver catalogs from the Company based upon customer requests.
8. To reply to inquiries or requests from customers.
9. To confirm if applicants are customers of the Company in connection with admission screening.

12. To provide product information.

14. For other services related or incidental to the services stated above.
(3) Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information
The Company shall not disclose or provide personal information to third parties, except for cases where any of the following apply:
1. Customers agree to disclose or provide their own personal information.
2. Personal information is processed into statistical data, etc. and is no longer individually identifiable.
3. Recipients of personal information are the Company’s subcontractors or business partners (including DPEgg member stores) with which the Company has concluded nondisclosure agreements or transaction contracts that include confidentiality clauses, and the information provided to them is limited to what the corresponding services require.
4. Financial institutions, etc. requiring disclosure of personal information for settlements of payments for goods or services ordered or purchased by customers.
5. Disclosure or provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customers.
6. Business successions due to mergers, demergers, sale of a business, etc.
7. The Company is requested to cooperate with national or local public authorities in pursuing their public duties, and obtaining the consent of the customer may impede the execution of such duties.

(4) Secure Management of Personal Information
Personal information provided by customers shall be strictly managed at the relevant departments within the Company and preventive measures against loss, theft, alteration, leakage, etc. shall be taken.
(5) Requests, Revisions, Deletions, etc. of Personal Information
Questions and inquiries related to requests, revisions or deletions of personal information of customers shall be handled by a point of contact designated by the Company.

(6) Personal Information of Customers 15 Years Old or Younger.
Customers who are 15 years old or younger must obtain the prior consent of their parents or guardians before providing their personal information.

To enable our customers to more conveniently use our websites, the Company may utilize cookies to distinguish the computers customers are using.
Customers can inactivate the cookie by changing the settings of their Internet browsing applications (web browsers). However, please understand that doing so may cause some website services to become unusable.
(8) Protection of Personal Information at Linked Websites
This Privacy Policy shall not apply to linked websites other than those offered by the Company. Customers are requested to check the personal information protection policies of those linked websites by themselves.
(9) Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.
(10) Revisions of the Privacy Policy
The Company shall continuously review its approach towards personal information protection and may revise the Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in the related laws.
