Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd., today announced that its Board of Directors passed a resolution on January 16, 2009, approving the following structural changes and executive officer/general manager changes.

Structural Changes： |

The company will implement the following structural changes effective February 1, 2009, in order to move forward with the expansion into new businesses other than the imaging business. |

The New Business Unit, which will specialize in setting up businesses in new business areas, will be established. |

The New Business Division will be created under the New Business Unit. |

The Plasma Business Division under the Skilled Manufacturing Innovation Management will be moved under the New Business Unit. |
