Structural Changes and Executive Officer
/ General Manager Changes

Noritsu Koki Co. Ltd. (headquartered in Umehara, Wakayama-city) announced today that the Board of Directors passed a resolution on March 19, 2009, approving the following structural and executive officer/general manager changes.

Structural Changes： |

The company will implement the following structural changes effective April 1, 2009, in order to further enhance organizational strength and improve operational efficiency to adapt more promptly to the rapidly changing market environment. |

Details of Changes ： |

The Sales and Marketing Planning Division under the Sales and Marketing Unit will be dissolved to develop a better organization. The Marketing Unit responsible for sales strategy and product planning based on market needs will be established with the Strategic Marketing Division and Product Planning Division under its umbrella. |

The North American and Worldwide Strategic Sales and Marketing Unit will be renamed the North American Sales and Marketing Unit, and the North American Sales Division will be created under its umbrella.

The Sales Administrative Division, which will be responsible for sales administration, sales system administration, and logistic operations (mainly shipping), will be established under the Sales and Marketing Unit. |
